Returns Policy

Aspire Goalkeeping Ltd Returns Policy Please read this document thoroughly if you are contemplating returning your product.

We will only be accepting returns and offering a refund or swap if your reason for returning matches one of these criteria listed below. We will accept returns, and offer a refund or a swap for the same product if; there is a manufacturer fault within the product. This can be anything that the manufacturer has done wrong (stitching, rips etc) and we will happily replace or refund your item if this is the case.

We will accept returns, and offer a refund or swap if; the product you order is damaged in transport to your door. We take responsibility for the product until it is delivered at your door, therefore we guarantee to use ‘Tracked’ delivery on all of our products, which allows us to track the item until it is in your possession.

If you find that the product does not fit when you receive it, we will offer you a swap deal for a product that is in your size. We will not be offering a refund for this product, just a swap deal. We will receive the original product back and you get a product that fits. However, we insist that the gloves are returned to us in its original packaging and unused in any capacity. If gloves are returned to us asking for a swap in size, but the gloves have were and tear on them, Aspire Goalkeeping LTD reserve the right to deny a swap. In this instance, you can either choose to have the product(s) returned to you at your cost or we will keep the product as well as the payment.*

Before returning any item, whether that be for a refund or a swap, Aspire Goalkeeping Ltd require you to email us (aspiregoalkeepingltd@gmail.com) within 14 days of receiving your products with your name, delivery date, order number, products purchased, reasons for asking for a refund or swap and supporting evidence for any damage that is on the product.

If you purchased our products during one of our offer periods and require a refund for any item, you will be refunded the offer price and not the full price for the gloves.

Aspire Goalkeeping Ltd do not accept any returns or refunds for wear and tear damages. Unfortunately, gloves will get damaged with time and use. As much as we drive to produce the best quality gloves for the best prices, we can guarantee that gloves will get damaged when used, this is normal for any gloves no matter what company you purchase from. There are ways to reduce wear and tear and make the gloves last longer, such as keeping the gloves slightly damp and clean (see attached glove care), and using correct technique when diving so you don’t scuff gloves on the hard grounds.

Aspire will pay for the return postage should the item be faulty. This is ultimately decided by Aspire Goalkeeping Ltd.
